CELL PHONE TEXT MESSAGES

Instead of eliminating your Cell # from TRAUMAsoft (we need to be able to contact you), there are 2 options
you can do to help ease the pain of TRAUMAsoft notifications…
1. Save the TRAUMAsoft number as a contact in your phone (I called mine TRAUMAsoft Notify)
a. Edit the contact, and change the ringtone/texttone to something simple, like a simple ding etc.
b. You can also hide alerts, so you get the message, but no sound/vibrate when a message comes
in
2. You can disable notifications in TRAUMAsoft, BUT:
a. You won’t get ANY notifications, ie: reminders, shifts, or Trip info (once we enable CAD in a few
weeks)
