Triage ePCR's - how to view when "missing"

Q: How long are Triage Records visible in MobileTouch?

A: Triage Records are only visible for 2 days from their point of creation in MobileTouch.

Triage records that are not converted to ePCRs will still be visible on the ePCRs in MobileTouch dashboard. If you wish for the information to be visible for longer, it is recommended to convert the Triage record to an ePCR booklet. When viewing the PDF of the Triage record from the ePCRs in MobileTouch dashboard, the PDF of the Prehospital Care Report Summary will appear with no booklet number.

To see the triage PCR's, and convert to a booklet, 

• On the dashboard, ePCRs in MobileTouch, click VIEW ALL
  • 
• Sorting by status makes it easier to find triage
• Select desired triage chart(s) and TRANSITION TO ePCR 
  •
