How to complete and send checklists to a preceptor

Good afternoon All, 

Over the past few days many people have reached out to ask how to complete and send checklists to a preceptor or to me, or have sent checklists that are not properly completed. I have put together 6 slides that show the steps to complete a checklist AND how to sign off someone's skills.
