Adding a Network Printer

The majority of our printers are on a server. The best way to add a printer is:

• Open File Explorer
• In the URL bar at the top, type in \\mfsrvdca05
• A list of printers will come up
• Double click the printer and it will install under your profile. Unfortunately, just because you install it under your own profile doesn't necessarily mean it will show up for everyone. So you might have to do the same for others.
