Mercy Flight Help Desk WEB portal

Go to: mercyflight.zendesk.com

From here, you can:

1. Browse the Helpdesk Library
2. Sign in, and monitor/create support tickets, and more

         

To sign in the FIRST TIME:

                Select SIGN IN in the top menu area

                Enter your mercyflight.org email address

                           

                Select Forgot Password or Get a Password

                On new Password screen, re-enter your email and SUBMIT

                           

                Check your email for a link

                               

                             

                             

To sign in after password is created:

                Just enter your mercyflight.org email, and the password you created. You can now access your submitted requests, etc..
