Turning over to another Unit, INCLUDING Rotorwing

The NYSDOH is requiring that the DESTINATION (Receiving Facility) of a patient be documented on the ePCR, EVEN IF YOU
HANDOFF TO ANOTHER UNIT, ie: Rotorwing, another Unit, etc.
Their intention is to be able to fully trace Patient movement/care, even thought it seems confusing...
Documentation:
Disposition: "07 Treated, Transferred Care (other EMS)
Receiving / Destination: List the final destination of the patient (ie: Strong, ECMC, etc)
IF you truly don't know the destination, use "EMS", make sure to list agency, and use the scene address
