TRAUMAsoft ePCR Location Codes update + - 9/29/22

As of this afternoon, the NY Location Code list on the ePCR has been updated

• This is a very comprehensive list
• Commonly used codes are at the top of the list
• Remember to use “1801 – City of Batavia – UMMC” for trips out of UMMC
• Darien Live Nation also has a unique code
• There are unique codes for FLIGHT CALLS
• Ex: Air 400-005 Rotor Wing – Batavia
• Easily searchable.. just start typing “air”.. for now they are at the bottom of the list

A few other notes:

• Please make sure to 2x check your type of service, and response modes.. we tried to help and set defaults, but many are NOT reviewing / changing when on a transfer for example… we don’t want to have to shut off defaults..
• Incident Street Address – PLEASE remember to check the address, and make sure it’s not 1 long string !!!
• Ex: 100 Amherst Villa Rd., Buffalo, Ny 14225, USA
• Simply click on the line, and let the Google suggestion be your guide!
• Please watch for COUNTY errors
• USE the “Select from CAD Facilities” Button if going to/from a facility (ex: SNF/Hosp/Common place)! If I’ve missed one, and you think we should add it, let me know
• This is especially important for Hospitals, as this contains the codes/contacts for NEMSIS and ePCR delivery
