TRANSPORTING/ALSFR Incident City (eScene17) is required and will not accept not Reporting

Sometimes the city doesn't populate "correctly"..

1. Click on the address line to the RIGHT if the address, and select correct Google Address
   1. this will populate "correct" google address
   2. 
2. You MAY have to click the blue "hamburger" icon to get the city list. Just select the correct city.
