new iOS & Chrome app 10/19/2022

TRAUMAsoft has released a new iOS & Chrome app, which I have pushed out to the devices
This app SHOULD BE USED versus using the chrome browser on mobile devices !
• The FIRST time the app is used, you may have to enter an activation, which is simply putting
“mercyflightinc” in the box
o
• The app handles losing connectivity, by storing data entered until sync’d, in the event of wifi
signal loss.
• This should help eliminate loss of DOB, VS, etc in the field
o The upper left corner “drive” icon will remain green if device is “ok” to store data, so
you don’t have to wait for a white icon
o The upper left cloud icon should be white if all is good
• Please continue to ensure data is transferred, and best practice is still to exit a PCR by going to
LIST RUNS before exiting the application
• Please remember to correct scene addresses by clicking on them and selecting google address
o Ie: <- click on it and select the correct
google suggestion, and it fixes and populates the address, city, state, zip fields correctly

• Please remember to use the SELECT FROM CAD FACILITIES button when entering destination
Hospitals and SNF’s
o This adds facility codes, and gives destination PCR delivery info to the system
You will also see a new TRAUMAsoft MDT app, which will come into play once we start using
TRAUMAsoft CAD
There is also a new app for the OperativeIQ Frontline. The old app has been remove
