No "Finalize" button

Sometimes, the "Finalize" button fails to appear when ready to finish a chart..

1) Click the SCHEMATRON tab, to ensure all rules have processed. Frequently, there is a "hidden" error that shows up that needs to be corrected, then the Finalize Button appears.

2) Your browser may need to have the cache cleared.. see the article on clearing the browser cache.
