In order to properly complete the ePCR for State NEMSIS transfer, and Billing compliance, PLEASE NOTE, AND FOLLOW THE BELOW:

• ePCR Templates
• make sure to select GROUND or FLIGHT templates as appropriate
• (affects State submissions)
• SCENE Information
• NY Location Code – use the search feature to find the town/city (I have submitted more locations for addition)
• BATAVIA is NOT “Genesee”, its 1801 Batavia
• There’s an “other”, “Pa”, and “Canada” option as well
• Incident Street Address – please make sure it’s not 1 line of text, see pic below
• This causes issues with NYS and Billing
• Incident Facility or Location Name – if this contains something like “GEN CBAT FD” or similar, please change to “scene”, or “LZ”, or business/location name (helps our billers)
• Select From CAD Facilities – this MUST be used when completing this area, if going to a facility, i.e. SNF or Hospital
• Behind the scenes, the CAD Facility contains the Destination Code, and Fax #’s for the hospital PCR copies
• It’s searchable, so take a look.
• One glitch, it remembers your last search, so you may have to do it twice
• 
• DESTINATION Information
• Even if pre-populated, if going to a facility, i.e. SNF or Hospital, you MUST use the Select From CAD Facilities button
• Behind the scenes, the CAD Facility contains the Destination Code, and Fax #’s for the hospital PCR copies
• Yes, we know.. sometimes the county populates wrong.. PLEASE review and correct!
